Start by measuring your space and cutting wood to size at your local hardware store. Here we use

  1. a piece of ½ piece of poplar width 4 ″
  2. a piece of ½ piece of poplar 2 ″ wide
  3. other pieces ½ wide ″ x 1/2 1/2
  4. The length of the board is adjusted to the size of our room and will depend on your space and size.

We made 2 shelves so we have 2 sets of pieces of wood.
